Martin ICS was founded by Rodger W. Martin, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of industry experience, including 14 years focused on the industrial oil and gas, and energy markets.

Our expertise and client-focused approach have earned us the privilege of working both in the U.S. and international markets, supporting major Fortune 500 companies.

Meet Our Leadership

Rodger Martin

– President

A known commodity in the Industrial (oil and gas) Sector, Rodger brings decades of lessons learned to bear as the head of Martin ICS.
He has proven himself in starting, developing, and leading world-class operations in industrial construction and general contracting services.
Over the past 25 years Rodger, has showcased a unique ability to align company structure to meet client demands.
He is well versed at understanding his client base and able to build teams with the right knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully execute projects on behalf of all project stakeholders.

Gary Foster

– Executive Vice President

Gary has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of construction management. He is proficient in overseeing and mentoring teams through the proper development and completion of industrial and commercial projects always employing a client-centric approach.

With an extensive construction background in managing projects and teams of varied sizes across multiple sectors, Gary has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the built environment ranging from the project concept phase through to project close-out and client handover.

Jeff Melson

– Operations Manager

Jeff has more than 20 years of expertise in all aspects of construction execution, including industrial, facilities maintenance, subcontracting, and general contracting. He has extensive experience in keeping the field execution team on task, to efficiently drive productivity at the field level.
With a focus on budget, schedule, and quality, Jeff will ensure that each project is completed on time, in-budget, and to the highest standards.

Michael Vitale

– Safety Director

Michael is certified in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) and has more than 15 years of experience in highly regulated construction environments.

He is experienced in all aspects of construction and has extensive experience developing mature, comprehensive HSSE programs and plans.

Managing programs in the most rigorous construction environments, Michael will guarantee a safe project from mobilization to completion.
