6,500 SF Renovation of Class A Office Space in The Woodlands, Texas.

The project included the demolition of existing offices and the complete build-back of new corporate offices. Featuring high-end finishes and extensive use of glass portions accentuating an expansive 22-person capacity Board Room. The space is complemented by an inviting employee-centric café with a 10-person capacity.

MEP Support Services and Site Supervision Project.

Consulting and Supervision Oversight of Mechanical and Electrical scopes of work, including supplemental technical manpower.

Provide critical path schedule analysis and make recommendations on the utilization of supplemental forces to maximize schedule recovery to bring the project to a successful completion for all stakeholders.

Solar Array Project as primary power source for (2) 60,000 SF administration and offshore support facility.

Key project components:

• (3) fields totaling approximately 4 acres of panel surface area
• Cable tie-in system from solar array to switchgear
• Energy Storage Systems
• Switchgear to ESS tie-in
• Commissioning of the complete system and energization of the building’s power

Safety consulting and field oversight support of a critical lift of 20,000 lb blast-resistant concrete building modules combined to build an internal control room in an active grain processing plant.

Key project components:

• Initial site visit to establish risk register and associated mitigations
• Attend lift planning meetings to establish proper task and communication protocols
• Develop and manage the risk register throughout the lift planning and execution
• On-Site support during lift operations to ensure safe and efficient module placement.
• Follow-up reports to discuss successes and lessons learned
