Martin ICS is excited to announce the release of Vol. 3 / Q2 / 2026 of Quarterly Compass, highlighting the projects, milestones, and momentum that continue driving our company forward.

This quarter’s edition showcases our return to Guyana for the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Phase 2 Project at ExxonMobil Guyana’s Ogle Office in Georgetown. The project marks another important step in our continued international support efforts and reflects the strong relationships and trust built through years of collaboration. The remodel will modernize and expand operational capabilities through the addition of new control rooms, training centers, and critical infrastructure upgrades designed to support reliable, uninterrupted operations.

The newsletter also highlights the successful completion of the BOP-EOC renovation project at ExxonMobil’s Baytown Olefins Plant. Working with Turner & Townsend, the Martin ICS team helped transform the facility into a fully upgraded briefing room, command center, and situation room while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and execution throughout every phase of construction.

Additional updates include ongoing progress at ExxonMobil’s Wink Station Storage Building project in Wink, Texas, where structural work and site utilities continue advancing toward substantial completion.

This edition also introduces the new Martin ICS Safety Excellence Award, a company initiative created to recognize individuals who demonstrate exceptional proactive safety leadership in the field. The program reinforces the company’s continued commitment to protecting people, projects, and communities through a strong safety culture.

Rounding out the quarter, the Martin ICS team proudly returned to support the Annual St. Jude Charity Golf Tournament for the second consecutive year, where the team earned 3rd place while continuing to support an incredible cause benefiting children and families.

As Martin ICS continues expanding into new regions and taking on new opportunities, Quarterly Compass remains a reflection of the people, partnerships, and projects that make our growth possible.
