We’re excited to release Volume 2 of Quarterly Compass, our quarterly publication, highlighting the latest updates, achievements, and community involvement at Martin ICS.

In this issue, we’re proud to feature a major renovation project we’ve started in New Mexico for ExxonMobil. Our team is transforming an underused mezzanine area into a space that will serve as a staff locker room, training center, and daily lunchroom—bringing practical value and long-term function to the site.
